When we founded Diamond Roofing LLC in 2017, we built its ethos on four values: Quality, Integrity, Urgency, and Experience. Our vision is to provide Northwest Arkansas with a residential roofing service that is about more than roofs: it's about people.
Meet the founders of Diamond Roofing: Chris Dagley (roofing guru) and Alicia Dagley (Chris' daughter-in-law and guru of everything else). Our combination of Chris' roofing, construction, and insurance experience and Alicia's accounting, organization, and creativity makes for a well-rounded team with a knack for solving challenges and a passion for service.
We know well the stress of dealing with a leaky roof; we know how important it is to call on a company who will show up quickly to assess damage or an issue. Chris Dagley
As owner of Diamond Roofing, Chris brings more than 40 years of roofing and construction experience to every project. His extensive industry knowledge, combined with a background in insurance adjusting, allows him to provide homeowners with expert guidance through both roof replacements and insurance claims.
Known for his honest approach and attention to detail, Chris takes pride in helping homeowners make informed decisions and delivering roofing solutions that are built to last. His commitment to quality workmanship, integrity, and customer service continues to serve as the foundation of Diamond Roofing.

As Operations Manager at Diamond Roofing, Seth oversees job sites, coordinates crews, and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's standards. Since joining the team in 2019, he has worked alongside Chris, gaining hands-on experience and learning the roofing industry from more than four decades of expertise.
Passionate about serving homeowners and continually improving his craft, Seth is committed to growing both personally and professionally as he helps carry Diamond Roofing's reputation for quality and service into the next generation.
Alicia Dagley
As co-owner of Diamond Roofing, Alicia manages the administrative and financial operations that keep the company running smoothly. With experience in banking and nonprofit treasury management, she oversees bookkeeping, invoicing, and the organizational systems that support efficient day-to-day operations.
She also leads the company's marketing initiatives, creating content that showcases Diamond Roofing's work, educates homeowners, and helps grow the brand throughout Northwest Arkansas. Whether behind the scenes or representing the company at local networking events, Alicia is committed to supporting the continued success and growth of Diamond Roofing.
